Some fabulous fun Halloween projects to get you ready...

  Happy Friday and thanks for visiting us today!  This week we are bringing you Halloween inspiration with our Fabulous Friday projects since it is just a mere 2 weeks away... are you ready for it?  Never fear, we've got some great ideas that you can whip up this weekend for those special trick-or-treaters in your life!


  Up first is guest designer Cindy Blekas with these cute candy bar sliders... check out those super cute punch art creations featuring the Owl punch.  Be sure to visit her blog post here for even more information.


  And next is this Halloween Minion punch art favor that holds a popcorn pack created by guest designer Jennifer Rawlings... I love how her Minion turned purple for Halloween!  Be sure to check out her blog post here for more details about her project.


  Rachel Yurkanin also created a great Halloween candy favor with all the creepy crawly spiders this week featuring the new Square Pillow framelits die.  Be sure to visit her blog post here to find out how she created this treat!

Folding Some Fancy Cards

Talking about some different folds this week here at Sisters in Stamping. When you make a lot of cards sometimes it's nice to mix it up a bit.
 
We are going to start off with Debbie, she has made a wintery Center-step card. There is some tricky scoring when you make this card but you can click here and she will help you out with instructions.


Next is Rachel with her Fall Pocket card. Just love the pretty Fall colors that she used on her card, here is the link to her blog.

This is Karla's card for this week, it's called a Diagonal Gatefold. it looks really complicated but it's simple-- there is a tutorial in her post today that will help you create one of your own.

Cindy is one of two guest designers that are presenting. She created a cute Tri-fold card to show off this week-- love those cute little snowmen, her blog has all of the details.

Lastly we have Jennifer's Halloween card, guest designer number two for this week. Love the way she used the circle punch to highlight the village silhouette.  click here to go to her blog.

Getting Ready to Boo

Fabulous birthday cards for kids and teens

  Happy Friday and thanks for visiting us this week!!  We are bringing you some great ideas for birthday cards for kids and teens... sometimes the hardest ones to make!

Extra Special Birthday Wishes

Welcome to another Fabulous Friday here at Sisters in Stamping. This week we are sharing with you some great birthday cards. Everyone we know has a birthday sometime during the year so we always need more cards and more great ideas for those cards. Well, we have 5 great cards for you today that are a wide variety. They are sure to give you some stamping inspiration.


First up, we have Karla's card. The large dahlia is perfect to make a bunch of cards. Check out Karla's blog for more information on this card.


Next we move onto Debbie's card. You may think this is a "normal" birthday card, but rest assured it's not. Head over to Debbie's blog to see what is different about this card.

Fun and Fabulous Techniques

  Happy Friday and thanks for stopping by today!  This week we are featuring a few fun and fabulous techniques you can use with your Stampin' Up! goodies  to step up your hand-stamped projects and give your creations a WOW factor.  We hope you find inspiration here and give one of these techniques a try this weekend!!



  First up is our guest designer Cindy Blekas with her "marker direct to stamp" technique - using markers on a large image like this allows you to have a variety of colors on a solid image stamp.  For more details about her project, please be sure to visit Cindy's blog post here.




  Next up we have this great grafitti-look birthday card perfect for your favorite Teen designed by Rachel Yurkanin using the "inked texturing" technique.  Make sure you check out her blog here to get all the details on how she created it!
