Oh Ribbon, How I Love Thee!

This week, we are using ribbon on our projects because who doesn't love ribbon?  Each year, Stampin' Up! has such a wonderful assortment of ribbons - the colors, textures, and styles are so varied, it's hard not to buy them all up!  I have to say, we probably all have way more ribbon than we can use, but it's too great of an embellishment not to have!

Karla made this beautiful Christmas card.  Don't you love how she used the ribbon on this card?  I love it!  See what inspired her and get all of the details on her blog here.

Here is Cindy's card.  She used a variety of different ribbons.  Find out which ones on her blog here.

Debbie used the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle for her Christmas card.  Be sure to hop over to her blog post here to get more information about this project.

We have a set of cards from Jennifer this time.  Just a strip of this new burlap ribbon from the Holiday catalog adds a great rustic feel.  Stop by Jennifer's blog to learn more.

It's obvious that our designers have Christmas preparations on their minds! :)  We hope you loved seeing these great ribbon-focused projects as much as we had creating them for you.

Thanks for stopping by - have a fabulous weekend and happy stamping!!

For the Love of Animals

Welcome back friends!  This week the Sisters In Stamping are featuring our favorite critters.  Animals are a big part of our lives and inspire us in many ways.  How do animals inspire you?  Lets see how they impact our designers.

First up is guest designer, Cindy Blekas.  She was inspired by a Pretty Kitty.  This fun altered jar is a perfect gift.  Visit Cindy's blog here for all the details.

For those of  you who don't know, Jennifer Rawlings does a little part-time farming.  So it doesn't surprise us that she chose this little piggy as her inspiration.  If you like Jennifer's style, see more about this project and others on her blog here.

Rachel Yurkanin went with the elegant swan for her card. So graceful as they glide through the water. You can find out more about this card from Rachel's blog, so be sure to visit.

Karla Anders designed this cute note card featuring the Foxy Friends stamp set.  This would be a great card for any age and gender, don't you think?  Head over to Karla's blog here to learn more.

Debbie Naylor created a card featuring this sweet little birdie from the Feathery Friends stamp set.  The bright colors sure look summery.  Please hop over to her blog post here for more information.

Thanks so much for stopping in!  We can't wait for you to come back next week, and please bring a friend or two!  Have a great weekend.
