New Idea Book & Catalog Week 2

Welcome! We are in Week 2 of the NEW Idea Book & Catalog. This weeks entries are part of the Elements Section, background stamps and stamp sets that have a variety of images.

First up is Debbie's card--

Love the banner on the front, very trendy right now. Debbie use a set called Everything Eleanor and a new embossing folder. You can get the details on her blog.

Next we have Jacque's card--

Jacque's card uses a very hot color combination! Click  here to find out where she received her inspiration.

Here is my (Karla) project for this week--

I used the Everything Eleanor set also to make a Toile' looking cover for a mini notebook. I taught this project the other night...here is a link to my blog so you can read about it.

Lastly we have Rachel's card for this week--

She used a fun technique to make this card pop, go to her blog to get the steps to follow to recreate this look.

Thank-you for stopping by this week! We will continue our Catalog Tour next week in the Nature Section, make sure you check it out.

Join us as we explore the Accessories section of the new Catalog!

By now we hope you have had a chance to check out the new Stampin' Up! annual catalog that went live on June 1st.  We are going to be sharing projects with you over the next few weeks highlighting the different sections of this catalog.  This week we are exploring the Accessories section (pages 151-195) - this is where you'll find ink, paper, designer fabric, ribbon & trim, fun embellishments, tools, punches, the Big Shot and its accessories and storage options.

First up is Rachel Yurkanin's fun birthday card.  She used a new texture embossing folder and some great designer sereies paper.  Please be sure and visit her blog here to get all of the details.

Karla Anders designed this cute card featuring the new Polka Dot Parade DSP along with a new Hostess set and several different punches.  Please be sure and visit her blog here to find out which ones she used.

I (Debbie) designed this clean and simple birthday card featuring the brand new Essentials Paper Piercing Pack, a must-have, along with some fun new Big Shot accessories and In Color ribbon.  Please visit my blog here to see how I got this look.

Jacque used a new set called Daydream Medallions and the matching Big Shot Floral Frames framelits dies.  Love it when there is a matching punch or Big Shot die to match stamped images!  Check out Jacque's blog for more details!

It's Time for the New Catalog, yippee!!!!!

Hello and welcome to another Fabulous Friday here at Sisters in Stamping.  We are so excited to share with you today some new sets from the brand new catalog (went live today).  These are some of the sets that we were able to preorder or got for FREE just because we are demonstrators, so we have had some time to play with them and create some fun, new cards to share with you.

If you want your very own copy the 2012-2013 Catalog contact your demonstrator today so she can get one to you.  It's awesome and you won't want to miss it.

This first card is from Debbie Naylor.  Debbie used the Everything Eleanor stamp set on a beautiful  monochromatic card. Check out Debbie's blog for more information.

Next up we have a fun card from Jacque Craig.  Jacque used the Betsy's Blossoms stamp set for her card. Head over to Jacque's blog for complete information on this beauty.

And now we have a card from Rachel Yurkanin.  Rachel also used the Betsy's Blossoms set for her card. Look at the completely different looks you can get with this one set.  Check out Rachel's blog for more information on her card.

Our last project is from Karla Anders.  Karla's contribution this week is this beautiful card featuring the Layered Labels stamp set.  Please visit Karla's blog to get all the details about her project.
