Welcome to another week of Fabulous Friday here on our blog!  Have you seen the new Designer Series Paper in our catalog?  It's simply fabulous!  As you may have guessed already, we are focusing on these beautiful papers this week.  Jacque and Karla are taking the week off, but will be back next time with a great project to share.

First up today is Rachel Yurkanin's project.  She created a back to school set that will set your student apart from the rest. You will find all the wonderful details on her blog here.  What a great project!!

For my project this week I decided to create a box to hold some matching note cards using the gorgeous Lap of Luxury paper pack.  To view the inside contents and get further instruction, please visit my blog here.

Build a Bear Fun

This week at Sisters in Stamping we are focusing on the Build a Bear line.  There are some really great projects that you can create with this line of product.  Besides, who doesn't love a cute, cuddly bear?

This first card was made by Jacque.  She used the adorable set called Bear Hugs to make this baby card. Check out Jacque's blog for all the details.

Then we have Debbie's bright, festive Birthday card and matching wrapped gift box.  What little girl wouldn't love to receive this card?  Check out Debbie's blog for more information.

Next up is Rachel's magnetic "paper" dolls.  She used the new magnetic sheets sold on page 205 of the 2010-2011 Idea Book and catalog to make these. Check out her blog to see more pieces.

Thanks for stopping by again this week.  Be sure to stop by next week to see what we make using the new designer papers in the catalog.

Summer Mini Catalog - Last Month!

Where does the time go?!?  It seems like the Summer Mini Catalog just came out and now it's almost time for us to retire it and move on to the Holiday Mini Catalog!!!  Before we let it go though, we wanted to showcase some of our favorite products from this catalog!

One of my favorite sets in the Summer Mini is the Hostess Level 2 set, Punched Posies.  I like adding layers to my cards, but don't especially like cutting things out, so I love the fact that almost every stamp in this set has a matching punch!  Check out my blog for a list of the supplies I used to make this card.

Debbie made a cute tea bag holder card using the greeting set Favorite Thoughts and the scallop envelope bigz die.  Check out Debbie's blog for details on how to make this great card!

Rachel made these cute little favor boxes and the Island Floral die for the big shot.  These are quick, easy favors that give a lot of punch. Great for the end of the year summer BBQ.  Check out Rachel's blog for more details on how to re-create them for yourself.

Karla's card uses a really cool technique with the stamp set Watercolor Trio. Check out her blog for more details and information on the stamper who came up with it: http://stampinwithk.blogspot.com/

Thanks for stopping by and please check back with us next Friday when we will be showcasing the exclusive Stampin' Up! Build-A-Bear workshop products!  Have a great weekend!
