Thanksgiving Cards!

In this day and age when most of us have so much to be thankful for, it's good to take the time to send out Thanksgiving cards to your friends and family letting them know that you are thankful for them!  With that thought in mind, we decided to showcase Thanksgiving cards!

Karla made this beautiful Thanksgiving card using non-traditional colors.  Check out Karla's blog for more information on this beautiful card.

I used the same stamp set that Karla did, but you can see how the use of color and layout really changes the look of the set!  I miss the fall colors living here in Hawaii where everything is pretty much the same year round, so I just had to use these colors in my card.  Check out my blog for a list of supplies used.

Debbie used the Falling Leaves stamp set to create her card this week. Visit her blog to get the full scoop.

Rachel used the Paisley Print and Grateful Greetings stamp sets for her Thanksgiving card.  Head over to her blog for complete details.

We hope you have a great weekend and that you will check back with us next Friday!

And now, Rachel's project, which is almost good enough to eat.  How cute are those gingerbread men?  Head over to Rachel's blog for more information.

I'm taking this week off (again)! I still have quite a few boxes to go through and unpack and to top it off my computer died on Sunday--I know, it's like it knows that this would be a really bad time to do it....that computer never liked me anyway! Stay tuned for next week, we will be thinking Thankful thoughts.

Until then,
Karla, Rachel, Debbie & Jacque

Trick or Treat, Give me Something Good to Eat

Welcome to another Fabulous Friday here at the Sisters in Stamping.  Challenge this week: Halloween Treat Container.  It is always amazing how different our projects are when we are working with the same theme.  Enjoy recreating this projects for your favorite Trick or Treaters.

This is Jacque Craig's adorable little Fang-tastic container.  That little dracula is so cute he isn't scary at all.  Head over to Jacque's blog for more information on how she created this.

Next up we have Debbie Naylor's spooky spider treat holder.  I don't think it's too spooky though.  Head over to Debbie's blog to see how she made this.

Then we have another spider treat that is oh, so cute.  With stamps like these, who can be afraid of spiders?
This was created by Rachel Yurkanin. Check out her blog to see how she made it.

And Karla had to take this week off from the challenge because of her recent move.  She was hoping to join us but just hasn't located all her stamping goodies just yet. She will be back with us next week.

Next week the challenge is Halloween stamp sets.  Be sure to come back.  Also, if you were one of the winners of the blog candy from last week please email us your mailing address so we can get your goodies off to you.

Have a fabulous day and weekend!
