CASE'ing the Annual Catalog for Fabulous Card Ideas

Hello and Happy Friday!  Did you know what a fabulous resource the Stampin' Up! 2019-2020 Annual Catalog is? It is filled with hundreds of samples with great layouts and superb color combinations that are great when you hit a creative slump.  CASE (copy and share everything) is a philosophy that we all embrace here and we wanted to show you how easy it is to take a card that you love from the catalog and have it provide inspiration for a totally new project.

First up we have Karla Anders with her fantastic masculine card.  She chose a card from page 32 of the catalog - do you see how that great layout turned into this fabulous card?  Be sure to visit Karla's blog post here for more information about her project.

And here is a more feminine card from Debbie Naylor.  She chose a card from page 41 of the catalog.  Don't forget to hop over to Debbie's blog post here to get all the details about her card.

We hope we have inspired you to take another look at your catalog and really examine the gorgeous samples inside - you might find your next favorite card layout or color combination!

Thanks so much for visiting us this week and we hope to see you back again next week when we share beach/lake inspired projects.   Have a fabulous weekend!!

Folding Fabulous Friday

Some fun folding is what the Sisters are up to this week! Sometimes you just need to try a new fold for something new. Let's take a look at what they have to share.

Jennifer is up first with her double-fold card. Her card is a great use of the Designer Series Paper called Woven Threads and has a gender neutral theme. Here is a link to her blog for you to read up on her creation.

Next is Debbie with her card, she used a stepped fold. The way she used the die cut thank-you and the stamped sentiment together on the front really sets this card apart. Jump on over to her post for today to take a look.

Lastly we have Karla's contribution for today, this folding technique is called a free standing pop-up card. You can scoot on over to her post to see her fun summer-y card open.

Thank-you for stopping by today to check out our projects, hope you can make it back next week!

Everyday Occasions

Shop by Occasion
Everyday Occasions

There are four main occasion sections of the Stampin' Up! 2019-2020 catalog: Everyday Occasions; Love, Thanks, & Support; Kids & Babies; Artistic Expressions.
Today, the SIS designers were asked to share projects focusing on products from Everyday Occasions.  This section is broad and versatile, which is exactly what you will see through the cards below.

First up is Karla Anders' project.  This color combination feels like summer and is perfectly paired with the Perennial Birthday stamp set.  I love how she added color to her flowers.  Get a closer look at this project by visiting Karla's blog here.

Next up is Debbie Naylor's card featuring the Dashing Deer and Well Said stamp sets to make this masculine birthday card.  Did you know even Christmas stamps set can be used for other occasions?  Hop over to Debbie's blog here to get all the details on her project.

Finally is Jennifer Rawlings's card which also features the Well Said stamp set.  Jennifer also used the Hold on to Hope stamp set for the floral centerpiece.  You'll want to stop by her blog here to see everything involved in creating this project.

Did you realize there was so much offered in the Everyday Occasions section of the catalog?  Be sure to contact your favorite Stampin' Up! demonstrator for your own copy of the catalog and for more great ideas on how to use these products.

Thanks again for stopping in to see us today.  Please join us again next week and bring a friend!
