Bird is the Word!

Greetings to all of our Fabulous Friday junkies!  This week the Sisters are sharing BIRD themed projects.  Birds are quite a versatile theme and can be used for any season, holiday, or occasion.  Just skim through the Stampin' Up! annual catalog and you will easily find bird stamps, paper, punches, etc.  Let's see what ideas our designers bring!

Our guest designer, Cindy, sings a little hello with this little birdie.  Get all the details on this clean and simple bird card by visiting Cindy's blog here.

Jennifer went the masculine route with a watercolor technique on this rustic mallard.
Fly by her blog here to get all the details.

Going a bit flirty, Rachel designed a thank you card featuring this flamingo from the Pop of Paradise stamp set.  Check out her blog here for more inspiration.

Karla used one of the 2017 Sale-a-Bration stamp sets for her bird card. Here is a link to her blog to read her post today.

Debbie went for the whimiscal approach with her thank you card featuring the cute parrot from the Bella and Friends stamp set.  Hop over to her blog post here for all the details.

That Special Valentine

The Sisters blog post is full of mushy love and kisses this week! We are showing off our handmade Valentines for that special person in your life. Did you know that Valentine Cards were originally handmade? The tradition of giving cards started in the 1700's, it wasn't until 200 years later that cards started being mass produced. Well, you know how we feel about that here at the Sisters in Stamping-- No mass produced cards for us!

Debbie is up first with her lovely card. I really like the embossed hearts in the background, here is a link to her post today.

Next is Rachel, she used a combination of new stamps sets from the Occasions Mini Catalog. You'll have to scoot on over to her blog to find out.

Here is Karla's card for this week, she also used a new set from the Occasions Mini Catalog. If you go to her post you can read all about it.

Jennifer decided to go the masculine route, using the Pun Intended hostess stamp set.  Check out all the details on her blog here.

Last (but not least) is our guest designer for this week Cindy. Love and hearts, the best way to celebrate! Click here to visit her site.

Send someone you love a old fashioned handmade Valentine this week!
That is it for us this week, thank-you for visiting,
