Giving Thanks

Giving thanks is not just something we do once a year at Thanksgiving, but every day.  Whether we are thankful for our many blessings, to someone for an act of kindness, or of a public servant for their service, a hand-stamped project enhances the sentiment.  This week we are featuring projects with thanks in our hearts.

First up is Karla with this fall inspired card.  I love the varying colors on her leaf!  Visit her blog here to see more about this technique.

Rachel uses a beautiful color combination in her harvest basket card.  See other great color combinations by Rachel on her blog here.

And here is Debbie's card featuring a lovely tree ready for the fall weather too.  Hop over to her blog here to see how she accomplished this look.

Thank you to all our followers who check in on us each week.  We hope we are as much a blessing to you as you are to us!  Have a Fabulous Friday and a fantastic weekend!

Water Works

Happy Friday, everyone!  For this Fabulous Friday, our designers were challenged with featuring water in their projects in some way.  The field was open to whatever inspired them, so I am really pleased with the different directions taken.

First up is Debbie with this beautiful watercolor flower.  Watercolor art is so wonderfully unique that you can never get the same look twice.  See how this one was done by hopping over to Debbie's blog here.

I was inspired by all the rain we've seen in my area for the last couple of days.  That cute little red bird looks thankful for the windowsill while weathering the storm!  Head over to my blog to learn more.

Rachel used the Jar of Love bundle and designed this fish-inspired card.  I love that little guy in the jar!  Head over to Rachel's blog for other great projects.

Everyone Needs Notecards

Happy Friday everyone. Hope you had a great week and will have an even better weekend. Today we are sharing notecards with you. Everyone needs notecards. A quick card they can pull out to send a thank you or a thinking of you. Notecards are not meant to have a ton of detail and layers. They really are pretty simple. With school back in session, you can make a pack of notecards to give to teachers. They always need more quick thank you cards. Don't have children in school anymore, I'm sure you still know a teacher that would love some hand stamped cards to use. Honestly, we all can use more notecards so we can send out more greetings to the people we appreciate.

Up first is guest designer Cindy Blekas who created this fabulous set of notecards featuring the new In Colors and butterfly framelits.  Be sure to visit her blog post here to see the entire set.

This set of notecards made by Rachel Yurkanin use the new Paisleys and Posies stamp set in the Holiday Catalog. Head over to her blog for more information.

Debbie Naylor created this set of notecards featuring Definitely Dahlia and the Tin of Cards stamp set all housed in this cute gift box.  Be sure to hop over to her blog post here to get more information about her project.

Thanks so much for stopping by this week!  We hope we've inspired you to make some note card sets for gifting - they are the perfect gift for your favorite teacher and at Christmas time.  Have a great weekend!!
