Make it Monochrome

Monochrome cards may sound boring, but in reality they can be simplistic and elegant or make a bold statement.  When our designers were posed with the challenge of sharing monochromatic cards, they showed us what we can love about sticking with a single color.
Let's check them out now.

First up is Debbie Naylor's masculine birthday card in shades of black and gray.  This large birthday sentiment makes a bold statement that any guy would appreciate.  Hop on over to Debbie's blog here for all the information you need on this perfect project.

Next we have Jennifer Rawlings' simple Berry Burst card.  A dusting of Dazzling Diamonds over the sentiment really make it pop, but photos really don't provide the justice this deserves.  Check out Jennifer's blog here for more details.

Finally, here is Karla Anders' classy floral card.  I just love everything about this card!  The simplicity in color with pearl embellishments really make for an elegant project anyone would love to receive.  Be sure to head over to Karla's blog here to learn more.

We are so happy that you decided to stop in with us today!  Thank you, and be sure to come back again next week for fun with doilies.

Ready to celebrate Mom with a fabulous card?

Happy Friday and thanks for visiting us this week!  Today's theme for Fabulous Friday is all about Mom - we're featuring Mother's Day card ideas since that holiday is on Sunday.  What better way to let Mom know how much you love and appreciate her than by creating a handmade card.  Please read on for ideas and inspiration...

For some, Mother's Day is a tough holiday because we no longer have our Moms with us.  Rachel's card featuring the Sheltering Tree stamp set is perfect for those friends and family members.  Please visit Rachel's blog here for more information about her card.

And last but not least is my monochromatic card featuring the You've Got This stamp set.  I love this  year's Tip Top Taupe In Color!!  For all the details about my project, please hop over to my blog post here.

Seriously, Just One Color?

Happy Friday! Hope you are getting ready to enjoy your weekend. We have decided to share some project with you that are monochromatic. What's that, you ask. It's a project using one color. That's right, just one color for today's projects. Making monochromatic cards is great because you don't need to have a lot of supplies on hand or pull them out to make something that's pretty.

First up, we have Debbie's pretty, bright and cheerful Mother's Day card. Lots of flowers on this card that mom is sure to love. Check out Debbie's card on her blog for more information.

Next, we have Rachel's card that has more flowers. Flowers colored in a non-traditional flower color. Head on over to her blog for more details.
