Scrape Painting

Welcome to this week's Fabulous Friday post.... sure, it's a little late! Better late than not showing you this fun, messy technique, it's called Scrape Painting and it was featured on Splitcoast Stampers earlier this year. On with the show!

Debbie is up first with her card. She used Pool Party, Bermuda Bay and Pacific Point in her scrape painting. I really like the motion that the paint and the butterfly give to the card. Here is a link  to her post.

Next, is Karla's Cocktail inspired card. She used Old Olive and Crushed Curry Scrape Painting. She used a slightly different twist, go to her post to read how she modified the technique.

Lastly, we have Rachel's fun Birthday card. She used Bumblebee, Just Jade and Magenta Madness to make her Scrape Painting. She also tweaked the tutorial a bit, read up in her post for this project.

That's it for us this week. Go try this "fun but messy" technique today, Scrape Painting.

Just a Little Bling

Hello,

Welcome to Sisters in Stamping. This week we are sharing with you some great projects accented with just a little bling. A few pieces of bling go a long way on a finished card. Often times, it is all that is needed to pull a card together.
This great fall card reminds me of the Great Pumpkin from Charlie Brown. Karla Anders did a fantastic job with this card and look how the bling adds that special touch. Visit her blog for all the details.
Next up, we have Debbie Naylor's fun gnome Christmas card. The hats (the tree is the best) look like they were just waiting to be filled in with some bling. For all the details on Debbie's card visit her blog.

And we will finish with Rachel Yurkanin's card. A cheerful note card to send to someone to let them know they have been on your mind is finished off beautifully with a little bling in the center of each flower. Be sure to check out her blog for details.

Thanks for visiting us. We will see you next week.
