Happy Friday and thanks for visiting us this week! Have you seen the gorgeous Designer Paper offerings in the Holiday catalog? The color combinations are phenomenal and the patterns are so on trend. Paper crafting with these coordinated paper packs from Stampin' Up! takes the guess work out of matching up papers. I love looking to the fun color combinations that the Stampin' Up! designers have put together in our designer paper packs when trying to find inspiration in my projects. This week we are featuring the Designer Papers from the Holiday Catalog in our projects - there are four to choose from: Sweater Weather (perfect for fall projects), Witches Brew (did you make any Halloween projects with these?), Season of Style (Christmas designs with traditional colors but a whimsical style) and Winter Frost Specialty (gorgeous color palette and designs that are perfect for all your winter projects). And did you know that the Season of Style and Winter Frost patterns are offered in a stack of 48 sheets that are sized at 6-1/4" x 4-1/4", perfect for card makers and for use with the Big Shot! So let's see what everyone created this week...
First up is Rachel with her very merry Santa card. Anyone is sure to be happy when they receive this card. Be sure to check out
Rachel's blog to see how she created this card.
Here is Karla's project for this week, she used the Winter Frost Designer Series Paper Stack to dress up her little box. Visit her
blog to get a tutorial and see more pictures.
Next are these two fabulous projects that our Guest Designer Cindy Blekas (who happens to be my very talented sister) made. She used the Season of Style designer paper pack to create the Shadow Box (top) and bulletin board. Hop over to
this blog post to see a bonus project and find out what the bulletin board is made from!
And here is my contribution for this week...I created a snowflake ornament using the Festive Flurry framelits dies and the gorgeous Winter Frost specialty designer paper pack. I just love the cool color combination of Pool Party (one of my favorite colors) and how it pairs with Smoky Slate! Boy, was this hard to photograph! You'll find more information about how I put this together if you hop over to
my blog post here.
Thanks so much for visiting today to check out our Fabulous DSP projects! We hope we have inspired you to purchase a pack from the Holiday catalog. Have a wonderful weekend!!
