Ready to Get Framed?

Hello and Welcome to the Sisters in Stamping blog. We are ready to think outside the card. This week we are ready to share some framed stamped art with you. Framed art is a great gift idea, especially for those that have everything. It's personal, it's made with love, and it's sure to be treasured for a long time to come.

First up we have Karla's framed art. She even took it a step further with thinking outside the card and used something unique for her advent calendar. She didn't use the traditional frame. Head over to her blog for all the details.

Next, we have Debbie's framed art. She made an adorable name frame that is all ready to just add a picture of baby. Her punch art certainly adds a lot of "punch" to the finished look. Jump over to Debbie's blog for all the details.

And finally, we have Rachel's framed art.  She used a small picture frame to make a personal gift that would be a nice addition to any desk. Want more details? Skip on over to Rachel's blog for all the details.

Have you Heard?

Have you ever wanted a stamp that didn't exists? This Summer Stampin' Up! introduced a new product called Undefined, now it's possible to make your own stamp! The Kit comes with instructions, carving tools, blanks and a few ideas if you're not sure what you want but you'd still like to create something. You can purchase more blanks too if you want to carve more, which trust me you will want because it was so fun to create the first one! The Sisters have a couple of ideas for you today with the Kits that we purchased.

Rachel is up first--

Isn't Rachel's Scarecrow the cutest?? You can go to her blog to see what her carved stamp looks like.

Thank-you so much for stopping by...hopefully we will see you back here next week for another Fabulous Friday post!

First up is this fabulous altered mini muslin bag designed by Rachel Yurkanin with images from September's Best of Autumn stamp set.  Be sure and visit Rachel's blog to get all the details about her project.

Next we have another fabulous altered mini muslin bag created by our guest designer Gerin Martin.  She also created a matching 3x3 note card to go with her bag and used three different Best Of sets - Butterflies, Flowers and Greetings.  You will find more information about this project here.

And here is my project - I decided to make a set of cards featuring the Best of Flowers and  Best of Greetings sets.  Which is your favorite color combination?  Read more about my project here on my blog.
