Simply Scrappin kits are FABULOUS!

Welcome to another Fabulous Friday here on our blog!  We appreciate you stopping by each week and hope you are inspired by what you see.  This week we are focusing on the Simply Scrappin' kits that Stampin' Up! offers.  They are truly a great value for $19.95 - you get 8 sheets of textured 12"x12" cardstock (2 sheets of 4 different colors), 6 sheets of color-coordinated Designer Series paper (2 different double-sided patterns) and 6 sheets of  self-adhesive die cuts (3 different sets).  WOW!

Here is the project this week from Jacque Craig.  She used the Christmas Jingle kit and the Big Shot Top Note die to create this great gift card holder - here is a view of the outside and inside of her project.  Who wouldn't love to receive one of these for the holidays?!  Be sure to stop by her blog and check out the details here.

Rachel Yurkanin used the Petal Party kit to create this fabulous box... but you'll have to stop by her blog to see what's inside!  You can use this link here... you won't be sorry!  It's a great gift idea for any time of year.

And guess who else used the Petal Party kit this week... Karla Anders.  What a great memo board - be sure and check out all the details on her blog here to see how she created it.  Suffice it to say that this project is "green" and not only because of the color of the DSP!!

And last but not least is my contribution.  I used the Sunny Days kit to create this gift set which includes a covered post-it note holder, 3 mini note cards and 4 chocolates covered in DSP.  Please be sure and visit my blog here to see even more projects created with this great kit!

We thank you so much for stopping by on this Black Friday... why not try making some of your gifts this year?  With these Stampin' Up! Simply Scrappin' kits it is so easy.

Don't forget about the Online Holiday Extravaganza Sale going on through November 30th - there are some fantastic deals to be had!!  Stampin' Up! really put together some great bundles for us this week!

Until next Friday... have a wonderful week!  Debbie, Jacque, Karla and Rachel.

Sweet Seasons and Some Sweet Treats!

Happy Fabulous Friday to you all.  This week, my Sisters in Stamping and I are showcasing the Sweet Seasons stamp set, which can be found in the catalog on page 29.  This sweet little set is great for gift giving and making cute tags.

Here is Karla's creation.  She is giving this cutely-decorated gable box to her neighbor.
Wish I lived next door!

Check out Karla's blog to learn what's inside of the box!

Here is Debbie's creation.  Love the colors and can think of a bunch of goodies to put in this
great little box-in-a-bag.

Check out Debbie's blog to learn more about how to make one of your own!

Here is Rachel's creation.

Again, this stamp set is so great for gift giving.  I can think of a bunch of "sugared things" that could be wrapped up and given to teachers, co-workers, neighbors, etc.!  Check out Rachel's blog for more!

And finally, here is my Sweet Seasons treat.

I decorated an empty container and filled it with peppermint candies.  Check out my blog for more on how I decorated this container.

At this time of the year I am reminded of how much I have to be thankful for, and we here at Sister's in Stamping, appreciate you coming by, leaving your comments, and hopefully we've been able to inspire you in your crafting!  Have a great weekend, Jacque, Karla, Debbie, and Rachel.

Serene Snowflakes Abound

Welcome to another Fabulous Friday at the Sisters in Stamping Blog. We are kicking off several weeks of Christmas ideas which use specific stamp sets.  This week our challenge was to use the Serene Snowflakes stamp set found in the mini catalog. Wait 'till you see what the sisters created this week.

Our very own Karla Anders created this beauty. She used shrink plastic and the large snowflake to create the cutest set of earrings. Of course, she finished this great gift idea off with a quick and easy 3x3 note card to attach to the gift. Be sure to check out her BLOG for more information.

Debbie Naylor used the stamp set in yet another gift idea. She stamped the snowflakes on a candle and even completed the candle by putting some bling on the large snowflakes. She also made a cute 3x3 card to accompany the gift. Remember to check out Debbie's BLOG for more information on how to recreate the candle for your own gift giving this holiday season.

Jacque Craig made this adorable tag tote box with matching tags made from the 2 tags big shot die. Yet another great gift idea for the upcoming holidays. The colors she used make the project look very elegant. Want more information? Check out Jacque's BLOG for more details.

And last but not least, here is a card shared by Rachel Yurkanin. This is a great card that is easy to duplicate if you need to make many cards during the holidays. Be sure to check out Rache's BLOG for more information.

Thank you for checking in with us this week. Hope you enjoy the projects and remember to check back next Friday for even more great Holiday ideas.
