All Wrapped Up for Valentine's Day!

Who doesn't love candy?  We certainly do and this week we'll be sharing with you some fun ways to wrap it up for Valentine's Day.  There's still plenty of time to make all your candy favors for the big day!

Up first is this small mason jar filled with peanut M & M's designed by Rachel Yurkanin.  Be sure and visit her blog to get all the details.

And here is my favor that holds a Ghirardelli chocolate square.  It uses the Big Shot so making multiples is a breeze!  To see how they are made please visit my blog here.

Here is Karla's Valentine Favor. She used some Conversation Hearts is her pill bottle, turned out really cute! You can get all of the details on her blog here

Jacque used some Conversation Hearts in a Stampin' Up! 1" x 8" Cellophane Bag with a cute little stamped topper.  Check out her blog for details and a close up of the topper!

Thank-you for checking us out this week. Make sure you come back next-- week we will be making Valentines!

We've Been Framed!

By the new Framelits Dies from the new Occasions Mini Catalog!!  Have you tried them out yet!  They are so cool and so easy to use (if you do it right).  On my first attempt, I accidentally put the Framelit upside down, ran it through the Big Shot with my card stock and voila, the card stock didn't cut, and the Framelit was embedded in my acrylic pad!!  It came out easily though and I ran it through again, this time the correct way!  Please tell me I'm not the only one that's done that!!

I used the Apothecary Art stamp set, which goes perfectly with the new Labels Collection Framelits Dies!  I also used the Attic Boutique Designer Series Paper (love, love, love the new papers!)!  Check out my blog for more at www.stampinwithjacque.com.

Isn't this a pretty card!  Rachel used a bunch of new items from the Occasion Mini Catalog.  The new Hearts Collection Framelits Dies, the Take It to Heart stamp set, and the new Twitterpated Designer Series Paper.  Check out Rachel's blog at www.rachelsstampingplace.blogspot.com for more!

And last, but not least, here is Karla's beautiful card!  She also used the new Hearts Collection Framelits Dies and the Take It to Heart stamp set.  You have to check out Karla's blog at www.stampinwithk.blogspot.com to see this beautiful card opened up!

Well my stamping sisters are at Stampin' Up! Leadership right now and I am missing them so much!  This is the first year that I've missed in ages, and don't tell anyone, but 90% of the reason that I go is to see my stamping sisters and friends!!  So if you see them there, please say hi and give them a hug for me!!

As always, thanks so much for stopping by to visit us and leave us a comment if you get a chance!  Stop by next Friday when we'll be sharing Valentine's Day projects!

Almost time for the Biggest Sale of the Year - Sale-a-bration!

Are you ready for the biggest sale of the year?  Sale-a-bration is the most anticipated event of the Stampin' Up! year.  Today we are teasing you with some samples of items you can get for FREE during Sale-a-bration.  You can choose from stamp sets, designer series paper, cardstock, and a ribbons and brads combination.  What's not to love about that?.

Our first card is by Karla.  I love the technique she used on her "postage stamps". She used the Fresh Vintage stamp set and the Everyday Enchantment Designer series paper. Check out her blog for more information.

Next up we have Debbie's card.  Such a pretty card also using the Fresh Vintage Stamp set. It's great seeing the same set in different color combinations and layouts so you can see how versatile one set can be.  Check out her blog for more information.

Jacque also used the Fresh Vintage set and the Everday enchantment paper from the Sale-a-bration brochure for her card.  Guess that set is a popular one. Amazing how different the three cards look too, isn't it?  Head over to Jacque's blog for more information.

Another pretty card, don't you think? I (Rachel) love the new designer series paper. I used the Everyday Enchantment Designer Series Paper from the Sale-a-bration brochure. For the stamps I used the Elementary Elegance stamp set that is also one of the Sale-a-bration items you can select from.  Head over to my blog for more information.
Thank you for visiting us again this week.  Come back next week when we show you some great ideas using the new framelits from the Occasions Mini catalog.

Our Favs!

Hello Stampers!! The new Occasions Mini Catalog is really spectacular! So many great stamp sets and accessories-- this week we are all picking our favorite sets to showcase. Let me tell you...that was so hard for me to do!! I had to narrow it down, here is my (Karla) pick for this week--

It's very yellow, which is weird because I'm not a yellow kinda girl! I used a special technique coloring in the flowers, you can get all of the details on my blog here: http://stampinwithk.blogspot.com/

Debbie chose the You're Just My Type stamp set for her clean and simple card.  You'll find more details and a masculine version of this card on her blog here.

Rachel used the Baby Prints set.  This card can easily be changed for a boy by changing the colors.  Check out her blog for more information.

Thanks (as always) for stopping by and checking us out this week. If you haven't received your free copy of the new Occasions Mini Catalog contact your Demonstrator today!
