Fabulous Sketch Challenge

Welcome back to another Fabulous Friday!

Today the designers were given a sketch challenge.  These are always a lot of fun because everyone has a different interpretation of a particular layout.

Here is the original sketch - SIS #1

I love designers who can see the variations in a project.  This type of vision makes such an impact!  But that doesn't diminish the beauty in the other creations which are closer to the original sketch.  All of our designers did such a great job - lets check out their fabulous cards!

First up is guest designer, Cindy Blekas with a tropical take on this challenge.  She was able to see beyond the specific shapes to get more out of this sketch.  Get all of her thoughts on this project from Cindy's blog here.

Debbie Naylor used the Beautiful Day stamp set as the focal point of her project.  I love her color choices too!  Hop over to her blog here to get all her details.

Next up  is my Halloween card featuring the Seasonal Chums stamp set.  The designs from the Wood Textures dsp stack always makes for a great background.  Visit my blog here to learn more about this project.

Karla Anders does a little flip on her card design, but the original sketch is definitely still there.  And her color combination is stunning!  Be sure to check it out by visiting her blog here.

Thank you to our friends and visitors stopping in today.  We would love for you to try out this sketch for yourself.  If you do, please send us a picture or link so we can check it out too!
Have a fabulous weekend, and for those impacted by Hurricane Florence,
we pray for safety for you all.

Fabulous Designer Series Paper Inspiration

Happy Friday and thanks for visiting us today!  We have created some fabulous projects to inspire you today with Designer Series Paper (DSP) from Stampin' Up! as the featured product of the week.  DSP is so great for the simple fact that all the designs in a package coordinate beautifully together so it makes easy to mix and match.  In addition, it provides a great color palette and now Stampin' Up! makes is so easy by selling coordinating card stock packs.  Let's take a look to see what our designers created this week...

Up first is guest designer Cindy Blekas with not one but two fun birthday card ideas featuring the Broadway Bound specialty DSP.  Be sure to visit her blog post here to get all the details about these cards.

And next is this super cute card designed by Jennifer Rawlings featuring the Animal Expedition DSP.  Who wouldn't want to receive this sweet card?  Check out Jennifer's blog here to get more information about her card.

Karla Anders proves that you can use DSP and create an awesome masculine card when you start with a great DSP stack like Wood Textures.  Please stop by Karla's blog here to get more information about this great card design.

Last is my contribution this week - a quick and easy birthday card featuring the Garden Galore DSP stack.  Hop over to my blog post here to get all the details about this card.

Thank you so much for visiting us this week!  We hope you have a fabulous weekend and get the opportunity to make some beautiful hand-stamped creations featuring DSP from Stampin' Up!  Be sure to check back next week when we feature punches!!
