Fabulous Friday Fall Fun!!

Happy Fall, Y'all!  This week we are focusing on fun Fall projects.  As temperatures across much of the country start to drop and the leaves begin to turn, nature provides so much inspiration for our paper crafting.  This is one of my favorite times of the year and perfect to get you in the mood for holiday crafting!  And now, on to our projects....

Rachel submitted this gorgeous project which features the Gently Falling stamp set and one of the kraft boxes from the Holiday Mini.  You will find additional information on her blog.

I decided to create a fall-themed scrapbook page which I'll be using for my scrapbook club next month and it features the gorgeous Well Worn DSP.  You can find more details here on my blog.

Here is Karla's project for this week. It's a paper Candy Corn, you can see it open on her blog here:

Jacque is taking the week off but will be back with us next week.

Thanks for visiting us today!  Be sure to read the next post to see if you are one of our blog candy winners as we celebrate our 2-year blog anniversary.  Have a great weekend and we hope you are able to find some time to stamp!

Happy Fall!

Today is the first day of Fall!!  Where did the Summer go?!?  With the ending of Summer, we know that the holidays are right around the corner and will be here before we know it!  Here on Sisters in Stamping over the next few months, we're going to be focusing on helping you get ready for the holidays!  This week we're sharing Halloween cards and we hope that our creations will inspire you to make some Halloween cards of your own and send them out to your friends and family!

Here is Debbie's cute spider card.  I love how she used the Spider Web embossing folder to make the web background for the cute spider!  Check out Debbie's blog for additional details!

Here is Rachel's cute card.  She used the new Festive & Fun set from the Holiday Mini catalog.  Love how she used the silver glitter paper too!  Check out Rachel's blog to see more of her creations!

Here's Karla's Halloween creation.  She used the Warmest of Wishes Hostess stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  I love how she added the mask to the owl and love that cute jumbo wheel background.  Check out Karla's blog for more great projects!

My card is more spooky than cute.  I used the House of Haunts stamp set that I bought last year and never used.  I've been dying to use it all year and am glad I finally got the chance.  Check out my blog for a close up view of the house.

Finally, don't forget that we will be picking the winners of our blog candy on September 28th, at noon EST.  To be entered to win the great stamp sets and accessories that we've been showing this month, just leave us a comment and let us know what you like about what we share with you and what you'd like to see going forward.  Feel free to leave more than one comment too, to help increase your chances of winning!!

Thanks as always for stopping by to visit.  Have a fun and fabulous weekend!

Fabric and Crafting, go hand in hand

This week here at Sisters in Stamping we are focusing on Stampin' Up!'s designer fabric line.  With 9 (2 in the Holiday Mini) different options available there is sure to be something that suites your style.  The great thing about our fabric too is that it comes in a extra fat quarter (27" x 18") size so there's more fabric for more crafting.  Each package has 3 coordinating designs to work with.  It's great to use with the big shot too. Have we tempted you yet?  Well just in case you need a little more motivation here's a few projects we created using the fabric.

First up we have Debbie Naylor's muslin bag with a great fabric accent on the front.  She used the Candy Cane Christmas Designer Fabric.  Check out Debbie's blog for more information.

Next we have Karla Anders decorated candle jar and a beautiful coordinating card.  Great way to give a fall gift.  Head over to Karla's blog for more information.

Then we have Rachel Yurkanin's flower pot full of flowers.  This is a fun way to spruce up any desk.  Head over to Rachel's blog to see what the flowers really are.

Jacque Craig is taking this week off due to being busy with family.  We miss her but don't worry, she'll be back next week.

And finally, we have this week's 2 year anniversary blog candy.  It is the Silhouette Sentiments set and a 6x6 pack of designer paper.  Leave us your comments under today's posting to be entered into win these products.  We are giving away blog candy all month long so check back every Friday and leave us your thoughts.

Thanks for stopping by!
